|Alessia! I will never ever ever tire of photographing this beautiful girl. From the time she was a baby, to this day and beyond, Alessia is always a joy to photograph! I was excited that this year she picked her own theme. Plaid and woodsy. What better place to go than Chatfield Hollow. The trees and the light coming through them were to die for. It was the perfect place for Alessia and her fur baby, Nico. They couldn't have been cuter and did an amazing job looking picture perfect!
Thank you Kristen for letting me photograph your beautiful daughter (and fur son). You know I look forward to our session every year! xoxo
|It has been said that your family will always hold your heart. Well this family most definitely holds my heart and fills it up with tons of love!
Watching Collin and Pip create this beautiful family together and seeing their strength and love grow each day has been incredible to watch. Harper has filled their lives with sunshine. You can't help but smile when her sweet face looks up at you. She is just the right combination of angel, determination, silly, and sass. Much like her parents.
Pip, Collin, and little Harper are the definition of the All American/New Zealand family. I'm hoping that Harper gets some of her mother's very cool accent. I know that this little girl will have an incredible life filled with love, adventure, and most definitely laughs! She can't miss with these two as her parents.
I love you three so much!
|"Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life".
If ever there was a family that has stolen my heart, it's this one! Each and every one of them is a great big joy to be around! but the mother? she's my favorite. She's my very dear friend who is stuck with me for life! Yes, Mary, it's true - good luck getting rid of me, haha!
I have known Mary and Earl since they were just young pups in High School. They have traveled this road of adulthood together for so long and created this incredible family that I get really teary thinking how happy I am for them. Five kids and each one is a gem. Now two grand kids and they are a gems too! Mary and Earl, you have a house full of gems, you should have been jewelers!
I try to sneak my way into the family thinking I could pose as the crazy old aunt, but I don't even have too. They welcome me unconditionally and that's another reason I love them all so much.
Mary and Earl, you are so blessed and I am beyond blessed to know you and have you as a part of my life. I am looking forward to seeing your family grow even bigger and more beautiful. I love you all! xoxo
|The thought of posing for a photo can be intimidating for many people, and even more so when parents have to not only consider themselves, but also their kids. Having your photo session on a beautiful and quiet beach is certainly a cure for stiff, unnatural posing and fake smiles. When there is a chance to run around and play, you can't help but laugh and smile naturally. It's way too much fun for serious faces!
Meeting Kimberly, Leigh, Avery, and Alexa on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sag Harbor, NY was such a gift for me. I was in awe of the beauty around me and how quiet and unpopulated it was. It was the perfect spot to photograph this family. They ran, they played, they laughed, and they loved. This family is a gem.
Thank you Leigh and Kimberly for letting me photograph your family in such a special spot. It was such a joy for me!

|Even on the windiest of days, this family is incredible to photograph! I mean - seriously windy! and seriously incredible to photograph! We spent most of our time together staying as close as we could to the house just to block some of the wind. It worked beautifully, but if you're session is on the shoreline, you know we're going to get some sand in our toes. Mother Nature had her knickers in a twist that day, but Sean, Kristan, Emily, Maeve, and Darby braved the elements, and down to the beach we went. There's no stopping this family!
Kristan and Sean, thank you for letting me photograph your wonderful family once again. I look forward to seeing all of you and watching your family grow. A big welcome to the family to Darby who made his first portrait session appearance this year and nailed it! I look forward to our next session :)
