|Have you ever been so fortunate to meet someone whose beauty, spirit, and kindness are so infectious that you instantly feel like friends? That’s how I felt after meeting Raffaella for her photoshoot. She is one of the most wonderful people I have had the honor of photographing. We had such a great time!
We met at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City and made our way to the High Line. With its elevated views of Manhattan and almost-endless photo opportunities, it’s no surprise why it's such a popular spot!
Raffaella was a total natural in front of the camera. Since her family lives in Paris, Raffaella chose to do this session on her own while she was in for meetings and had a break in between them. She wanted memories of her time in the city since she had had lived there before her move to Paris. It was such an honor to be able to do these photos for her.
The session with Raffaella was truly an unforgettable experience! Her wonderful spirit will stay with me forever as these photos will stay with her.
Thank you so much Raffaella for showing me this gem of a spot in New York City! and now, I can say I've been to the new Restoration Hardware restaurant :)

I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing a wonderful family, Colleen, Jeremy, Hannah, Daniel, and Luke at the beautiful
Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens in Stamford, CT. With so many gorgeous spots on the grounds, we had plenty to choose from.
Colleen and Jeremy have three very photogenic children who were more than happy to show off their best smiles! I'm so thankful for families like theirs that make my job so enjoyable! and easy :) They were all so relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
Thank you Colleen, Jeremy, Hannah, Daniel, and Luke! It was an honor to capture your family’s memories and to be a part of your Thanksgiving weekend celebration.

Thanksgiving is a time for family, food, and giving thanks. It's also a perfect time to capture some lasting memories with your loved ones.
Ali, Tom, Caroline, Nicholas, and Lucy were heading off into the holiday weekend to see family, so I knew we had to get everything we needed before they hit the road. With such an easy-going and fun family, it didn't take long at all! The excitement of the holidays had everyone smiling, making it even easier for me to capture their natural happiness.
It was an absolute pleasure to spend time with this adorable family right here in my hometown of Branford. The abundance of great locations for photography here is fantastic. We met at Branford Point - a great spot that has plenty of trees and water for different backdrops. It's a hidden treasure.
Thanks again Ali, Tom, Caroline, Nicholas & Lucy – it was a blast capturing your memories!! Until next time!
|Every single day I feel blessed to do what I do and meet amazing people. I am so appreciative!
I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful family at one of my favorite locations in Central Park - Shakespeare Garden. Dolly, CJ, Maya, Asha, and their adorable pup CocoBean were an absolute joy to work with. Even though it was our first time meeting, I felt like we were old friends by the end of the session. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed working with them!
It was late Fall and the gardens were past their prime, but I love that you can find beauty there no matter what season you visit! It made perfect sense to use this as our backdrop since it is so close to where they live and fit them perfectly.
Although it might seem like something small at first glance, capturing families together is something so special. This particular family photo session stands out to me because of how much joy it brought me while taking photos as well as afterward when reflecting on our time together.
Thank you Dolly, CJ, Maya and Asha for making me feel so comfortable and welcome - you now have a lifelong friend in me!
