|This would be what I describe as my favorite buttery light in action!
Kelly booked her senior session at the BEST time of day and it didn't disappoint. Buttery light and a beautiful, kind girl together is a winner! I have known Kelly since she was a baby and to see her grow into this amazing young woman makes me so happy. Becky and Ed, you have done an incredible job raising this incredible person! You should be so proud :)
Kelly, thank you for such a fun session and for being the perfect model. You are the coolest! I can't wait to see what's next for you :)
|Meeting a family for the first time at a session is always fun for me. I love to see the transformation from who they are when we start the session to who they become by the end. The first ten minutes of a session is when we get to know each other and the images are more "formal", once they know it's all good and it's going to be fun, all bets are off and soon they are jumping off logs! Such a riot!
Thank you Diane, Jeff, Danielle, and John for a great session and for letting me photograph how much fun you are. You're a great family! :)
|It's funny how you just know, as soon as you meet someone, that you are going to be friends for the long haul. That's how I felt as soon as I first sat down to talk to Chris and Michaela. We met over coffee and talked about their wedding. The details were still pretty much up in the air, but one thing was certain....they wanted to do an engagement session right away. One look at these two and you can see why I was jumping up and down (in my head :). I knew their session was going to be magical, but I had no idea how much. I was in my glory!
Thank you Chris and Michaela for being so amazing, so you. I can not wait to photograph your wedding in September at The Owenego!
You both make me smile :)
|Wow! I can not even believe how far behind on blogging I am! yeesh!
I have been dying to blog this family session for a while now. I introduce you to one of my all time favorite families - Amy, Dana, and Payton!
We met on a gorgeous day at Hamonassett State Park about an hour before sunset and had an amazing session. I knew, when I photographed Amy and Dana's wedding, that they were going to have beautiful children. Yes, I was right! Payton is so so so adorable and works the camera even better then her parents do :)
Amy and Dana, you are incredible parents and even though you did not name your child little Cheryl, I love her just the same! You three are the best!
