|I have been waiting for a special time to put this session on the blog and now seems to be it. Doreen, it was truly an honor to photograph you, Jaime, and Paul on that gorgeous afternoon at Hammonasset State Park. Your smile and your laugh light up any room but now, I know, it can light up an entire beach as well. You are one of the kindest people I know and I am now happy to call you my friend. Your relationship with your son is like no other. The way you two laugh together is priceless. You can just tell right from meeting him, that he is a really good kid. You and Paul have done an amazing job with him.
I wish you all the love, health, and happiness that you deserve, and that's a LOT!!!!
Thank you for letting me photograph your special family. xoxoxo
|The wait is over! At long last, Amy and Matt's wedding slide show is on the blog! can you feel the excitement? These two are EXTRA special to me. From the moment we sat down for some coffee talk, I knew we were going to be life long friends.
Amy and Matt are instantly easy to be with. Once we put all the logistics and normal worries of a wedding day behind us, it was time for fun and fun they had! There were nothing but smiles and love from the moment Kelly and I arrived at Saybrook Point Inn and Spa. The day was gorgeous! the heat was behind us and it was smooth sailing all the way.
Amy and Matt, I can't thank you enough for letting us photograph and be a part of such a wonderful day. We had the best time. I wish you a life full of love, happiness, and, of course, laughter! xoxo

|This is definitely one of the sessions that I REALLY look forward to every year! From the moment that Amy asked if I would photograph her family on Nantucket, I was hooked. I have come to love that Island and look for ways to spend more and more time there. One of my favorite moments though, is when I get to photograph Amy, Brett, and Tate. This year was a bonus because we had the grandparents there also. Tate LOVES his grandparents!
We were able to explore the Brant Point Lighthouse area and experience the fog rolling in all around us. So beautiful.
Amy, thank you for letting me photograph your family, once again, in such a special place. I can't wait until the next time! xoxo
|Where do I even begin?! Since she was just eleven years old, I have been photographing Allegra and now, she is married. Yes, I would say I was teary more than once.
This was truly a fairy tale wedding from start to finish. My sidekick for the day, Robert, and I started at the Delamar Hotel in Greenwich, CT where the girls were getting ready and the guys were enjoying a breakfast cruise. The guys have it so easy.
We all made our way to the Wainwright House in Rye, NY for the finishing touches of getting ready. It was the perfect setting for Allegra and John Stephen. Fairy tale doesn't even begin to describe how magical this day was. The setting, the flowers, the music, and the sparkler send off were just bonus additions to an already perfect day.
Allegra and John Stephen, I wish you the VERY best always. May you have a life full of love, good health and happiness. xoxo
