Hammonasset State Park Family Session of The Y Family : CT Family Photographer
|
This was one of the most special sessions I have ever done. It was 15 years ago when I first had the honor to photograph Liz and John on their wedding day at West Point. Fast forward to this past September, and the family has grown tremendously. The proud Grandparents, Dotty and Rick, were beaming from ear to ear as their 8 grandchildren - count 'em..1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8, surrounded them on the rocks of Hammonasset State Park. Numbered and color coded were the little cousins, making it so easy for me to know who went with who. Liz, John, James, Kiera, Livvie, Bill, Kelly, Catherine, Clara, John, Grace, Lila, Kenya, Tiason, and last but not least, Dotty and Rick - you were all so amazing to photograph!
When I tell you that these are the kindest, most generous and thoughtful people around, I am not kidding! From military service, to medical service, to teaching and to crafting beautiful cards for the soldiers, just to name a few, this family does it all.
Dotty and Rick, you must be incredibly proud of this great big beautiful family you have given this world to enjoy. Thank you for letting me photograph them all! xoxoxoxo |
