I knew right from the start that this was going to be an amazing family to photograph. I was 100% spot on. Within two minutes of meeting them, I instantly felt like we had been friends a long time. Jon and Amy are the kind of couple you just want to hang out with, laugh with, and be yourself with. They are the parents of two beautiful, kind, and very polite young girls. Elsa and Kate were such a dream to photograph. The laughing that went on with this family makes me think that dinner time in their house is a trip.
When Maya Angelou said "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel" she had moments like this in mind. Months later, I'm sure we all can't remember exactly what was said, but I for one, know how this family made me feel. Joyous!
