"All you need is love and a breeze" that sums it up perfectly for Jacki and Jon's wedding. So much sun, so much love, and so much breeze, and let's not forget, so many laughs! From the parents of both Jacki and Jon, to their bridal party, to all of their friends and family, and right down to Jacki and Jon, there was nothing but laughs and love. Oh, and popcorn and incredible music.
The Guilford Yacht Club was the perfect venue for this style of wedding. So laid back, yet so beautiful. Plenty of space for fun lawn games and an awesome cocktail hour. The details and care that they put into this wedding went above and beyond.
From the moment I first met Jacki and Jon, I knew their wedding was going to be a blast. It was that and more! Thank you both for letting Steve and I photograph your beautiful day. So in one week, we "officially" met, we did their engagement session, and they had their wedding! whew! It's interesting what can happen in a week. The difference here is that I feel like I've known Jena and Corey for years. That's how amazing these two are. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease that you feel like you've been hanging out with them forever. Definitely a good reason to do the engagement session before the wedding. We were already friends going into the big day. Big difference.
Jena and Corey had the most incredible wedding at The Owenego Inn. It was the ideal location for their wedding! I love everything about the Owenego so I was so happy to hear that Jena and Corey were going to have their wedding there. The beauty there is spectacular with a staff to match.
With this intense heat that we've been having, Jena and Corey completely lucked out with a very cool day. So comfortable for an outdoor wedding. They definitely had a guardian angel looking out for their best interests :)

Amid all this rain we've been having was ONE perfect day. The sun was shining and the temperatures were ideal. The best part? that perfect day landed right on the day that Claire and Steve were getting married. It couldn't have been better and it couldn't have happened to two nicer people.
Claire and Steve, THANK YOU for letting Stephen and I be a part of your incredible wedding day. Photographing the two of you, and your families and friends, at Woodwinds here in Branford, was awesome!
As their hashtag, #aroseforclaire notes, there were Roses everywhere! not just the gorgeous flowers from Myers Flowers but also all the family of Steves from Roses Orchards. So many smiles, so many laughs, and so much love. I was moved by the fact that Claire's father wrote the song that he danced with her to. That was extra special.
Claire and Steve, you really are two of the nicest and most loving people and I couldn't be happier for you both. Thank you both for letting us be a part of your wedding day! I hope you're having a fantastic time on your honeymoon :)

Jamie and Rich! Your wedding was such a blast! It had everything - the castle to start. Thanks to Bill Miller's Castle, for providing such a perfect location, the incredible Silver Arrow Band, the unbelievably gorgeous cake, created by your good friend, Chris, of Home Sweet Home Bakery, which suited you perfectly! But most of all....the snow! Jamie, you wanted it, and you got it. Might I add how beautiful you looked with the snow as your backdrop, and Rich, you looked pretty dapper yourself :)
I don't think there was one person at your wedding that didn't have the best time. Every time I looked around, all I saw were great big smiles and a whole lot of laughing and dancing. What a great crowd you had.
You're married! and I am so so so happy for both of you! You have found your "other half", your completion, your best friend. The way that the two of you look at each other just screams LOVE!
Thank you both for letting Ian and I photograph such a special day in your lives. We thank you for the fun, the laughs, and just being able to hang out with you again. It was perfect!

Erin and Rogelio, I can't thank you enough for letting me photograph your VERY special wedding day! I still can't get over how gorgeous you both are, how perfectly you fit together, and how beautiful your wedding day was. This really was one of my all time favorite weddings. You both made it so comfortable and so easy for me to capture the strength of your love.
Although a small wedding, it was so intimate and meaningful that it seemed so much bigger. Erin and Rogelio, that's because it was so you. Low-key, beautiful, and fun. I really could photograph a wedding like yours every day. No kidding.
