Julio & Jill

This was a perfect day! The weather (no rain Eeyore), the bride, the groom, the venue at Lake of Isles at Foxwoods, the flowers created by Le Francois Floral & Gifts, and of course, having my friend Julia shooting along side of me. It was all perfect!!!
Jill was absolutely stunning, as I knew she would be, and grinning from ear to ear as she married the man of her dreams. Jill, you are beautiful all on your own, but when you get around Julio you radiate happiness. I love to watch you light up when you're next to him! Julio (or as I like to call him, Eeyore), is the complete package. Handsome, funny, AND loves photography! Good catch Jill - you really do complete each other.
This is a couple that is simply made for each other! Thank you Jill and Julio for making us feel like we were a part of your family. I can't wait to catch up when you get back from your honeymoon!

Melissa & Cindy

I can't even begin to tell you how much I laughed on this wedding day! When I first showed up to Watersedge Resort and made my way to Melissa's room where she was getting ready, with the excellent help of Maria, her maid of honor, I was instantly at ease and loving every minute of Melissa's sense of humor! She is a riot and quite the model to boot! You're stunning Melissa!
Cindy and Melissa had their ceremony at the gazebo overlooking the water and beach. It was a perfect setting accented by the exquisite flower arranging of Ms. Debra Baldwin of Bakes and Baldwin Florist in Madison. Once again Debra created perfection with her flowers!
Cindy and Melissa, I wish you a life full of happiness and laughter. I know you will have lots of both!

Keira & Bill

Keira and BIll must have some serious connections with mother nature because they had THE perfect temperature for their wedding day! The location for our pre-ceremony photos was ideal with a cool breeze coming off of the water. Chelsea Clinton had nothing on Keira and Bill on their wedding day! The cheers of good wishes from the people on the beach made us all smile. A happy couple can bring about such kindness in strangers. The ceremony and reception took place at St. Barbara's Greek Orthodox Church which was the most magnificent church I have seen. It was so bright and colorful and the traditions of the Greek ceremony were beautiful to see.
Keira and Bill I hope your having the time of your life in St. Lucia and that you're getting plenty of relaxation! I'm looking forward to catching up with you when you get back :)

Andrea & Ross
|
When I pulled up to the house where their ceremony was going to be, my mouth dropped open. Gorgeous!!!!! What a perfect spot for Andrea and Ross's wedding. Andrea's sister, Joann, was generous and kind to offer her home for their ceremony and reception and it all unfolded perfectly. From the floating candles in the pool to the flowers accentuating the beautiful landscape, it was all exquisite. Once I saw how gorgeous Andrea looked I knew the day just couldn't get better. Andrea had her hair and make-up done by the incredibly talented, Jennie Fresa who did a wonderful job making Andrea look even more beautiful! Once Ross saw Andrea he was nothing but one big smile for the rest of the day! Ross has a laugh that is contagious and kept me smiling the entire time I was with them.
Andrea and Ross you have so many laughs to look forward to and I thank you for letting me be a part of the first day of your married life together!

Dana & Amy

There are not enough adjectives to describe how FANTASTIC Amy and Dana's wedding was!!!!! I tried to write down every great word I could think of but I was running out of room for the photos. So let me just suffice it to say - it ROCKED!!!! I don't normally use words like that but it completely sums up my feelings. Not only are Dana and Amy one of my all time favorite couples but I also got a chance to work with an incredible group of people. My side kick and laugh lady, Julia, was right there with me in the heat of the day cooking up some really sweet photos. The location for their reception, Saint Clements Castle, was phenomenal and a great choice for this group. Documenting the day in video was none other than Matt Fink himself, a top class guy all the way! but the one who started the day out with Amy making her look even MORE beautiful was the amazingly talented, Dana Bartone, who works a mean make-up brush (I'm not kidding you, just look what she did with my face in the photos at the top of the blog). The day started with hugs, smiles, and a huge amount of laughing and ended exactly the same way!
If I could gather up Amy, Dana, Andrea, Lynn, Maura, and the rest of their bridal party, squish them in a little ball and carry them around all day to remind me what complete happiness looks like, I would. Indeed, I would!
Thank you Amy and Dana for being the people that you are! You are going to have one amazing life together!
