Melissa & Carmen's Middletown Wedding : CT Wedding Photographer

Well, the wedding season is winding down and what better way to close out one of the best seasons then with the wedding of Melissa and Carmen! From the moment I met these two, I knew we were going to be friends for life! They are two of the warmest and kindest people you want to meet.

My sidekick for the day was Ms. Robin Dini, who met me at the North Haven Congregational Church for Melissa and Carmen's "first look" and ceremony. The ground had a beautiful blanket of snow on it, but the sun gave us just enough warmth to do all of their photos outdoors. Melissa looked absolutely stunning! Her flowers were created by Forget Me Not Florists. Carmen looked pretty darn gorgeous himself.

After a wonderful ceremony, we all headed to The Pavilion on Crystal Lake in Middletown where the music by Harry Gambardella kept everyone dancing all night. There was hot cider from Lyman Orchards which was a perfect touch to a cold night.

Carmen and Melissa, I can't thank you enough for inviting us to photograph your wedding day! You are going to have an amazing life together!

Kate & Ryan's Branford, CT Wedding : CT Wedding Photographer

I know, I always say this, but I'm saying it again.....I love my job, but I love my couples even more!!!

As DJ Pete Lombard said, Kate and Ryan's wedding was "The Wedding of the Year" and I was beyond thrilled to be the photographer for it, along with my trusty side kick, Julia. No words can describe how beautiful a bride Kate was. Her hair was done by Salon East and looked absolutely gorgeous! Ryan didn't stand a chance when he saw her for the "first look". Yes, there were tears, laughs, and an enormous amount of love! And, don't let me forget to mention, the crazy fun bridal party! You were all so great to work with!

I could photograph Kate and Ryan every week if they would let me :)

Their ceremony and reception was held at Ryan's families business, Van Wilgen's Garden Center, which was the perfect spot for their wedding. Everything ran smoothly with Christine from Piece of Cake Events, keeping everything on track. La Cuisine catered the event and served a delicious buffet. The cherry on top was the magnificent lighting inside the tent. Andrew Rubenoff outdid himself for this wedding! With all of the hard work and planning that both families did leading up to this day, it honestly was "the wedding of the year"!

Kate and Ryan, I wish you many, many, many years of love and happiness together. You were a dream to photograph, and even better to hang out with! xoxoxo

Colleen & Scott's Lord Jefferey Inn Wedding : MA Wedding Photographer

When I think of Colleen and Scott's wedding at the Lord Jeffery Inn, I can't help but smile. They had the perfect weather for their wedding at Johnson Chapel on the Amherst College campus. With the spectacular views of the mountains in the distance, the crisp air, and apple pies from Atkins Farm served for dessert, I was completely blanketed in that good old New England feeling!

My side kick for the day was Ms. Robin Dini. We had an unbelievable amount of fun together! How could we not with DJ Steve Henn playing some great dance music at the reception. This was a crazy fun group of guests who taught me moves I didn't know existed! haha! Even the threat of West Nile couldn't stop this group! When the Mayor of Amherst declared all outdoor evening events to be cancelled due to a case of West Nile virus, Colleen and Scott rolled with the punches and moved their tented reception indoors. It all worked out for the best and turned out beautifully.

With flowers provided by Forget Me Not Florist and Hair done by Salon 241, Colleen looked beautiful!!! Scott looked pretty darn dapper himself.

Colleen and Scott, I can't thank you enough for letting us be a part of your wedding day! I wish you didn't live so far away so we could hang out more. xoxoxoxo

Shelley & Mike's Candlelight Farms Inn Wedding : CT Wedding Photographer

I don't even know where to begin with this wedding. I absolutely love this couple and their wedding was as beautiful as they are. There may have been some complications in the weather department but it all worked out just fine. Threats of a tornado couldn't break the happiness and love that Shelley and Mike felt. Their smiles over powered the dark clouds looming over us. If ever their were two people that had fun on their wedding day, it's Shelley and Mike!

I made my way up to New Milford to the beautiful Candelight Farms Inn where I met up with my pal Amanda who was my second for the day. We were like two kids in a candy store with all the incredible details and scenery. The flowers, created by Erin Ostreicher Designs, were spectacular!

After a wonderful wedding at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, everyone made their way back to the Inn for dinner and dancing under the tent. The day was perfect!

Thank you Shelley and Mike for inviting us to photograph your wedding day. We had so much fun with all of you! xoxoxo

Chris & Tricia's Southington Wedding : CT Wedding Photographer

With the threat of storm clouds above, Chris and Tricia, made it through their entire wedding day without a drop of rain. Instead, they had a great deal of sunshine and love! I met up with my trusty side kick and great pal, Jen, at Aqua Turf where the girls were getting ready, and also where the ceremony and reception were as well. I always love when you don't have to deal with traffic on a wedding day!

With her hair done by Suzie at Paul & Co., make up by Larissa Lake, and flowers created by Forget Me Not, Tricia was a vision of beauty and Chris was pretty stylin' himself :)

After a wonderful ceremony by Tricia's Aunt and Uncle, everyone made their way into the reception where Rico Entertainment, who also provided the videographer, were waiting to get everyone up and dancing. Pastry Fusions created a gorgeous wedding cake and a bonus birthday cake for Chris in the shape of Yankee stadium. Gotta love a Yankee fan!!!

Tricia and Chris, thank you so much for letting us be a part of such an important day for you! We had so much fun! :)
