How did I get so lucky! I have had the honor to photograph not one, but two sisters from this family. This is a very special family to me, and when Alex contacted me to photograph her wedding, I was so psyched! Alex and Dylan are beyond awesome and their wedding was absolutely ideal. It had everything from a backyard barbeque with Pete the Butcher to a mobile bar with The Mobile Pub. It was so laid back and fit perfectly with Alex and Dylan's personalities.
I have the biggest smile on my face thinking back to their wedding day. Everybody was so happy and relaxed. Due to the amazing talent of DJ James Shanahan, the dancing never stopped. I think even my sidekick for the day, Kelly B and I might have moved and shook out on the dance floor for just a bit too :)
Alex and Dylan, you are completely stuck with me now! you are both so fantastic and I look forward to the next time when we can all hang out :)

I still can't believe I had the honor to photograph this wedding. I have known Mike since he was a little kid, and now, here he is, all grown up and married to the beautiful Deanna. This wedding was extra special to me and I want to thank my trusty side kick for the day, Stephen, for being his awesome self once again! The day was insanely HOT, so we took advantage of the beauty (and the AC) for formal photos inside the Church. The ceremony took place in St. Theresa Church right around the corner from where Deanna grew up and attended mass. What a beautiful place!
Once we all made our way up to the reception at The Candlewood Inn, we were able to stay cool inside with amazing entertainment by the one and only John Saville ! John always gets a packed dance floor.
As soon as the sun started to set, Mike and Deanna were up for some photos outside. Yay! Since we were on beautiful Candlewood Lake, I was hoping for photos outside. Thank you both for being so cooperative and SO GORGEOUS to photograph!
Mike and Deanna, thank you again for choosing me to photograph your wedding day. It meant the world to me. I wish you both a joy filled life together! You two are the coolest :) xoxoxoxo

Holy Moly!! Annie and Kevin are married, celebrated, and on their way to an amazing future together! and I got to be there to witness, and photograph it. My side kick for the day was the amazing Stephen Wang, who made the day even brighter for us. Thank you Steve for being your wonderful self. We met at the Owenego Inn where the celebrations were already underway. The Owenego does an amazing job at making each wedding so special, and this was no different - it was perfect from start to finish. Annie's aunt Cynthia, of Cynthia's Flower Shop did such a beautiful job with all of the flowers. They were so unique and special for Annie and Kevin.
Since Annie and Kevin had their ceremony prior to this day, it was party time from the start. Bill from Local Motion Entertainment had everyone on the dance floor. He's awesome!
Annie and Kevin, thank you so much for letting Steve and I be a part of your amazing day. I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness and many many fabulous puns for my pun man, Kevin :)

Claire and Lee, your wedding was AHHHHHMAZING! You both are so beautiful as individuals but even better when you're together. The fact that you began seeing each other when you were just kids makes your connection even better. You really are best friends.
Steve and I loved being a part of your day at the Tappan Hill Mansion. You couldn't have picked a more ideal location for your wedding. Every detail was perfect. The view overlooking the ceremony was incredible and when we walked into your reception our jaws dropped. The flowers, the lighting, the candles, it was all gorgeous.
My favorite part of the day though was your first look. To see Lee's emotions while you were walking up behind him made me cry and his description of it was priceless. What did you say Lee? "that was a #@&* rush"! First looks are intense and you felt it all.
Thank you both for letting us be a part of such a big day in your lives. I wish you a lifetime of happiness! xoxo

Margaret and Greg tied the knot!! and they did it with all of their friends and family gathered around them overlooking the water at Amarante's Sea Cliff in New Haven. Their wedding was a reflection of who they are as a couple, relaxed, low key, fun, kind, and loving. Their wedding had it all.
Although I was only there for part of their wedding day, I had a great time and the opportunity to get to know their friends and family. They have a very close knit group of friends and it was so good to see the love they had for them. Margaret and Greg, you have a wonderful support system surrounding you. You are going to have an amazing life together!
